Return Policy

Following is Our Return Policy.

1. If products are sold by us and these are digital products.  Once sold, these will not return.
2. If product is sold by us and if it is breakable item. We will issue new product at zero cost of product but for getting it, you have to pay delivery charges again. 
3. Our delivery charges of single printed book is between Rs. 50 to Rs. 200 on the basis of distance and weight of printed book. We may charge flat rate of Rs. 100 or Rs. 150 or Rs. 200 for whole India delivery which will include in price. So, excess delivery charges will not return. 
4. If you will buy electronics or electrical single book, its delivery charge must be Rs. 200 for delivery which will include in the price of book. 
5. If any printed book has damaged due to mistake of courier, we will issue new book if you will send this damaged printed book or books. 
6. If your product has returned us due to not receiving, we may deliver after receiving if you will pay its delivery cost again. 
7. If our seller partner network has sold, return policy will apply of seller partner not our ecommerce website. 
8. If our advertiser network sold damaged product, we are not responsible. For this, you can study more our privacy policy. 
9. If product has delay to deliver to you due to courier mistake, we will not accept your return as per our return policy. 
10. If we have written wrong address due to our mistake, we will accept return and deliver again to your correct address without any extra charges.
