चाय-कॉफी के घातक दुष्परिणाम

The following chemicals found in coffee and tea have harmful effects on the body. 

राजीव दिक्षित कहते है चाय-कॉफी में पायें जानेवाले केमिकल्स से होनेवाली हानियाँ :

१) केफिन Caffeine: 

• उर्जा व कार्यक्षमता में कमी आती है |

 It reduces body stamina and work potential. 

• कैल्शियम, पोटेशियम, सोडियम, मैग्नेशियम आदि खनिजों का नुकसान होता है | 

Calcium, Potassium, Sodium, Magnesium, etc. minerals are gradually 

lost.

• कोलेस्ट्राल बढ़ता है, ह्रदयाघात हो सकता है |

 It raises cholesterol and adversely impacts the functioning of heart.

• पाचनतंत्र को हानि होती है | 

It also harms the digestive system.

• कब्ज और वबासिर होती है | 

It leads to constipation and piles.

• विटामिन ‘बी’ को क्षति पहुँचता है |

 It also adversely impacts the level of Vitamin B in the body.

• रक्तचाप बढ़ता है | 

It raises blood pressure.

• अम्लता बढती है | नींद कम आती है | सिरदर्द, चिडचिडापन, मानसिक तनाव होते है | 

It induces acidity, causes sleep deprivation, headaches, irascible behavior

 and mental tension.

• गुर्दे और यकृत ख़राब होते है |

 It stresses the kidneys and  liver.

• मधुमेह (डायबिटीज) बढता है | 

It augments diabetic reaction.

• शुक्राणुओं को हानि करता है |

 It harms the sperm count too.

• वीर्य पतला होता है और प्रजननशक्ति कम होती है |

 It thins out the semen and weakens the reproductive system. 

• चमड़ी को हानि करता है | 

The skin becomes dry and rash.

• गर्भस्थ शिशु के आराम में विक्षेप करता है, जो जन्म के बाद उसके विकृत व्यवहार का कारण होता है | 

It harms the unborn child from getting proper rest which leads to fickle behavior by the baby after birth. 

• चाय – कॉफी अधिक पीनेवाली महिलाओ की गर्भधारण की क्षमता कम होती है | 

Also, those who drink excessive tea and coffee have lowered capacity to conceive a baby.

• गर्भवती स्त्री चाय पीती है तो नवजात शिशु जन्म के बाद सोता नहीं है | 

If a pregnant woman drinks tea, then the new born child does not sleep 

properly.

• उत्तेजित और अशांत रहता है, हाथों और घुटनों की चमड़ी खुजलाता रहता है | 

The baby remains excited and displays unrest. It keeps scratching its

 hands and knees.

• कभी-कभी ऐसे शिशु जन्म के बाद ठीक तरह से श्वास नहीं ले सकते और मर जाते हैं | 

Sometimes the child is also not able to breathe properly and die 

subsequently.

• संधिवात, जोड़ों का दर्द, गठिया आदि होते है | 

Else it suffers from Gout, joint pain, arthritis at later stages of life.


२) टेनिन Tanin: 

• इससे अजीर्ण, कब्ज, यकृत को हानि होती है |

It causes indigestion, constipation and harms the liver.

• आलस्य, प्रमाद बढ़ता है, चमड़ी को रुक्ष बनाता है | 

It augments laziness, procrastination and leads to dry skin.

३) थीन Thin: 

• इससे खुश्की चढती है, सिर में भारीपन महसूस होता है |

It causes dandruff and makes one feel heavy headed.

४) सायनोजन Cyanogen:

•  अनिद्रा, लकवा जैसी भयंकर बीमारियाँ पैदा करता है | 

Causes insomnia, paralysis and many such deadly ailments.

५) एरोमिक ऑयल Aromatic Oils:

•  आँतों पर हानिकारक प्रभाव डालता है | 

It has harmful effects on the intestines.

अधिक चाय-कॉफ़ी पीनेवालों को चक्कर आना, गले के रोग, रक्त की अशुद्धि, दांतों के रोग और मसूड़ों की कमजोरी की तकलीफ होती है |
